These inputs can generate various outputs in the form of riports. In this section you can learn about these riports, how to create them, how to specify them and how to automate them to get everything you need on schedule!^ On the [[https://jobctrl.com/UserCenter/Reports/CentralReports.aspx | JobCtrl® website Reports page]] (You need to login to your JobCtrl® account) you can see your [[/reports/favorite_report | favorite reports]] on the top. Below that there is sorting of reports where you can find built-in and custom reports. ===== About the reports ===== ----- **There are mainly 5 aggregation level:** {{ jc360_reports.png?400x470}} - __Basic reports:__ \\ Mainly these reports contains the basic data sheets from the users input one by one. - __Aggregated activity reports:__ \\ In this section you can find low level aggregation based on time assigned to tasks, projects. - __Plans vs fact comparisons:__ \\ These reports starts to analyze the users or groups based on simple [[ /website/kpis | KPIs ]] (active working hours, productivity, etc...). - __Timeline analysis:__ \\ More complex and deeper analysis based on complex [[ /website/kpis | KPIs ]]. These reports can quickly show the differences between groups or teams and helps where to start optimize. - __Objective performance assessment:__ \\ These are the key indicators on a corporate level, where you can compare the individual and group performances to the deviation from the norm. ===== How to specify and automate the reports ===== ----- Every report (built-in and custom) have a similar setup structure. You have to set the working period and the user groups, then the report specific fields (if any).
