(You need to login to your JC360 account). Before you download the report, you have to specify the user groups and the period. For more information about setting up the report see the [[ /reports/general_information | general informations page]] The report has only one sheet, the RAW_Workflow: The sheet contains: * If the actual working session is active or if it is productive * URL paths and process names * Email's from, to, subject * Office filepath, filename * Custom data collector keys (domain capture, java capture, sap capture etc...) * GPS coordinates in case of mobile device usage * Mobile calls lenght, incoming or outgoing call All of these and more are separated by the exact time spent on each working session. {{reports:dynamic_workflow_example.png}} ===== About the row names ===== The dynamic workflow report contains only raw data and "raw" name conventions, we explain some of theese: *Type: it is the device type of the current work session. *IsCoreTime: if the working time is in the core working time. *IsDailyWorkingTime: if the working time is counted in the daily working time. *Xtup.IsActive/IsInOffice/IsProdutive: if the session was active/in the office/productive. *IsInOffice/IsActive/IsBusyTime: if the session was in the office/active/in busy time (1=yes, 0=no). *Eszkozok: The appliances what was used during the session. (keyboard/mouse for example). *Ipgyujtotct: The IP address of the device. __You can save a customized report by making a favorite report for easy access or to get it on schedule for a specified group.__ The guidance for this is found in the [[/reports/favorite_report | favorite report page ]].
