Productivity analysis report
| The productivity analysis report is a very simple report. You can compare your productive time to your non productive time in various ways. |

By clicking on the image you can download the report or from here . (You need to login to your JC360 account). Before you download the report, you have to specify the user groups and the period. For more information about setting up the report see the general informations page.
After you download the xls you can see the sheets with the productive/non-productive comparisons.
The categories are:
- Global productivity - Here you can see the overall productivity
- Task productivity - Here you can see your worktime productivity divided to task times.
- Process productivity - Here you can see your worktime productivity divided to process(program) times.
- URL productivity - Here you can see your worktime productivity divided to url times.
- ShortURL - Here you can see the URL productivity aggregated to the main URLs you used during your worktime.
- Filepath productivity - Here you can see your worktime productivity divided to Filepaths.
- ShortFilepath productivity - Here you can see your filepath productivity aggregated by the main filepaths you used.
You can save a customized report by making a favorite report for easy access or to get it on schedule for a specified group. The guidance for this is found in the favorite report page .
