By clicking on the image you can download the report or from [[https://jobctrl.com/UserCenter/Reports/ActivityReport.aspx | here ]]. (You need to login to your JC360 account). Before you download the report, you have to specify the user groups and the period. For more information about setting up the report see the [[ /reports/general_information | general informations page]]

The activity report collect the most important informations about the spent worktime from several different perspective in the form of stylesheets.


===== Sections of the report =====

After you download the report, you will see some different summary on the bottom of the XLSM (You have to enable editing to see the data):
  * Charts
  * Project report
  * User activity report
  * Application usage
  * File directory report
  * URL report
  * E-mail report

In this section you will see the next 6 section Top10 diagrams for a quick analysis.

==== Project report ====
Shows the time spent on tasks broken down into areas and used resources, (document files, URLs)

Shows the  work of the selected users or user groups broken down by the tasks.
