====== Tasks Assignments ======
^ In JC360® all registered work is always linked to a specific task. So for accurate work administration you have to create the tasks that the users can work on. By default we have created 3 tasks (Administration, Email management, Meeting) from which you can already choose to register your work. When you create new projects or tasks, you can add its period, priority, target cost and estimated time.  ^
The tasks inside a project have their own assignments.

To assign someone to a task, **press the plus sign with a blue background**.

Click on “+” button to assign individually workers

You can assign people directly by typing the name or you can assign groups of people, to
save time at the assignments.

Or  make a group/role based assignment:

Also you can assign specialized keywords for those, who are part of the task. Under the assignments bar, there will be the Automation. Here you can set the switch to task keyword based rules, these rules will only activate for those who are assigned to the task. Press save, and let the client work from now.
