====== Leave calendar ======

^ In the leave calendar menu, you can see when users have taken daily schedules and vacations during the requested period. ^

Before using the calendar, make sure to set up the [[website/Leaves and schedules]] appropriately. 

If it's already set up at company level, all you have to do is click [[https://jobctrl.com/UserCenter/HolidayMonitoring.aspx|here]] or open the **vacation calendar** menu on the website.  

Firstly, you need to select the time interval you want your calendar to include. This can be selected manually by typing or clicking the dates into the checkbox, or you can select auxiliary functions that represent a predetermined interval, such as //this month//, //this year//, //last month//, //last year//.

Then, you can assign the users to whom you would like see on the calendar, it can be just one person or even the whole company.

If you would rather request the calendar for roles than users, it is also possible, just use the **roles** function.

Press DISPLAY(HTML) to save the settings.

The calendar will refresh and contain the specified datas. On the top of the table, their will be the color explanations.
