 The report can work by default, but to be precise, it needs to be configured, because it relies on the [[website/profiles | profile]] settings of the company.
+After you created the expectations via profile you can use the report, it will generate data every day, but if you want to configure the tiers/images/etc... , you have to download the configuration file (or create one, if the report wasn't used). To create the configuration file, you have to run the report at least once, if the gamification report is turned on, you can use [[https://jobctrl.com/UserCenter/Reports/GamificationDataReport.aspx|this link (you have to log in to your JC360 account)]].
