Once installation is done JC360 will be started automatically and will do so all the times you log on to the operating system.

When JC360 is started for the first time a login window appears, in which you can provide your account ID and password (This is the password you set during activation procedure and will be used to enter JC360 on a regular basis).

Using the language list menu select your preference for that. In case only you use the given user account on your machine check the “Remember Me” Check Box for saving your login information, this way next time you should not need to type it in again and you will be automatically logged in when you log to the operating system. If the checkbox is unchecked you will be required to provide your account password each time you launch JC360 Desktop application.

After an automatic login, the application is in non-work status and its icon appears in the taskbar next to the clock. Login is only required to identify the user, which is a precondition for measuring work. You are finally ready to turn JC360 on.

Inactive work state / Offline work: In this state, JC360 does not document any work activity, no communication occurs with the server.

Active work state: In this state, work time and desktop activity is documented and sent to the server.
