The report has only one sheet, the RAW_Workflow:

The sheet shows every change in the workflow separated by the exact time spent on each task, if it is Active, Inactive, Productive and a combination of these

You can save a customized report by making a favorite report for easy access or to get it on schedule for a specified group. The guidance for this is found in the favorite report page .
