 After downloading the report you will se only one tab. The spreadsheet starts with the user hierarchy from company level to the worker, then the task levels starts with the project category. Finally the details of the workflow, like the length of the working period or the call direction etc... . This report is used on the JC360 website under the real-time activity tab, where you can see a diagram with the worker's daily workflow separated by tasks.
