Creating KPI from Tasks Group

Organizations use KPIs at multiple levels to evaluate their success at reaching targets. In JobCTRL you can add unique KPI to the KPI list, after that you can use it in the Performance Analysis and Performance Summary reports.
First, you have to go to the “Task groups” menu. You have to add the name, save it, then in the “Details” you can choose that task or tasks, which you would like to see. Now you have a unique number ID between the parentheses, you have to save or remember it to use it!
Now with this ID you can create KPI operand for your KPI. Go to the “KPIs” menu section and scroll down until you arrive to the “Create KPI operands” function.
