 +==== What counts as produtive time? ====
 +
 +We take productive time tasks that are already set up in the client. The client looks for productivity in all phases of work. It's very important to consider active mouse and keyboard usage, inactivity for more than 2 minutes is no longer productive. The client searches for the keywords in **applications**, **URLs**, **documents**, and **e-mails**. In fact, if location is enabled and the program detects you at a **Point-of-Interest** (POI), it will describe you also productive. **The key is to record working time using the computer or mobile client application.**

 +==== Productivity set-up ====
 +
 +[[https://jobctrl.com/UserCenter/Users/ProductivitySettings | here]], you can set the production rules. There are a few basics, you can edit and add them whenever you would like to. Before you start editing, make sure you want to set it up in the right place from the categories below: **Process names**;
 +**Url domains; File paths; Tasks; Emails; POIs;**

 +If you already have data collected, you can list the most used NON-productive apps. In this case, click "From List." Set the time period for which you want to retrieve the data and select the users. By clicking on "Load", JC360 lists the most commonly used, not yet productive Applications.

 +For the app you want to make productive, click the check mark. It is **not recommended** to make browsers productive, but rather to fine-tune URL domains so that, users are productive only on the web pages that they need to use while working. If you see an app that you still don't want to be a productive, just leave them on the list.\\

 +\\
 +For the other categories, the steps detailed above can also be used to fine-tune.\\
 +\\
 +When you manually add web pages (URLs), you should pay attention to the following rule. To include subdomains please start the URL with an asterisk ("*jobctrl.com" will match "help.jobctrl.com/..."). \\

 +\\
 +By default, the task will be productive for all types, but this option allows you to limit the task to the JC productive only according to the selected checkboxes (in this case, the Work task will only be productive if adhoc offline and amnual working hours are recorded.) To unlock this menu, click "__Valid types: no restrictions__".\\
