Employee leave report
| The report shows the total time taken off by the users during the selected period. The report contains the registered and approved leave requests including the sick leaves. You can filter for the different leave categories and for the available vacations of the users. |

By clicking on the image you can download the report or from here . (You need to login to your JC360 account). Before you download the report, you have to specify the user groups and the period. For more information about setting up the report see the general informations page.
Sections of the report
The report has 2 main sheet:
- Holidays
- Sick-leaves
The main information is similar, who requested the leave, who granted it, when did it start, when it ended, etc… The only difference is the leave category. In the example you see the “Holidays” sheet:
In the headline you can sort or filter the data furthermore.
You can save a customized report by making a favorite report for easy access or to get it on schedule for a specified group. The guidance for this is found in the favorite report page .
