KPI Statistics by day report

The report gives opportunity for higher level managers to have access to their team’s performance based on a selected KPI.

By clicking on the image you can download the report or from here . (You need to login to your JC360 account). Before you download the report, you have to specify the user groups and the period. For more information about setting up the report see the general informations page.

The operation of the report

This report is based on one KPI (any KPI). The key factor is that the users, who will be included in this report, should be assigned and with this selected KPI in their assigned profile. The report will not give output if the selected KPI is not part of the assigned profile(s). The limits are not mandatory to have the same value for each user, it can be different based on the expectations. Note that the managers will have only access for their assigned agents datas.

Behind each achieved value, there is going to be a colour equivalent. In default:

  • Blue → The selected KPI’s value is over the upper limit.
  • Green → The selected KPI’s value is the target and upper limit.
  • White → The selected KPI’s value is between lower and target limit.
  • Red → The selected KPI’s value is less than the lower limit.
  • Grey → There is no expected worktime (vacation, non-workday).
  • White background + grey strips + red exclamation mark → It is a workday, however the user has not registered any worktime.

The colours are changable for each level, using the edit colours option. Nearly every cell has a tooltip to help the understanding.
In case, the report contains users from multiple user groups, this report will also be helpful in comparison.

You can save a customized report by making a favorite report for easy access or to get it on schedule for a specified group. The guidance for this is found in the favorite report page .
