Open Security & Privacy and select the “Privacy” tab

1. select “Accessibility”
2. make sure the lock is opened
3. check and uncheck the checkbox

If the JobCTRL application isn't in the list, you can drag the app to the appropriate panel, then you can select the app's checkbox.

Repeat the process with the “Screen recording” and “Automation” instead of “Accessability” from 1. to 3.
