JC360 has a special feature to make automated rules in a very easy way. It’s called Switch to task keyword based rules. You can find it here.
These rules are made to find a specific key word in a context. There are also some default reports with details, like a URL or a file name, and they automatically change the current task of the user to the task assigned to this key word.
For example, JC360 can be set to automatically change the user’s task to ‘Project 123’ when JC360 finds this name or number in the context. For instance, in the title of a document, in the subject line of an email or in the URL of a webpage:
The feature can be set as:
With a few clicks the rule is ready to be used.
Also you can set Logout keyword based rules, it will automatically suspend work time registrations for the seassion defined by the rule. When the conditions change (the user starts another activity) the rules automatically switch back to the previous active task.
The saved logout key words will be located at the top of the page, marked as bold text, make it easier for us to distinguish them from the switch to task keywords.
