Cost centers
| On this page, additional cost centres can be created (over the default one, which can be found at the bottom of the company details page) and managed to help our customers who, although using one registration, would like to request an invoice issued after using the service to a different billing address per departments or usergroups |

All of the cells, except “Custom remark text added to the invoice:” must be filled in for the system to give permission to save the new cost centre.
How to assign a Cost center to the users
The option for the cost center assignment will be visible at the Default settings page, inside the Project and task tab. The minimum requirement is to have at least one cost center created the way as it is listed above, in order to have the setting available. Select the appropriate group or user from the user hierarchy (from the left side of the page) and you will be able to do manage the cost center assignment.
