| JC360 has a special feature for those users and groups, who used to work offline. This feature is important, because we can assign them to personalized tasks, that's why the software can measure the real time performances of these employes, who's job is not necessarily to work on a computer. At the Edit tasks and projects tab, you can create new tasks under any of your projects by selecting the New Task function. Once you clicked on it, a pop-up window will appear which you need to fill out with the correct details for the offline task. Required fields are marked in bold. As soon as you press the safe button, the task will be created.
In the pop-up window, enter the name of the task, then assign it to the right project/customer. If it is specifically an offline job, and you do not want to switch to it from the client on the PC, just from the pop-up offline window, then according to the screenshot, only check the offline checkbox.
The task must be assigned to the users / groups for whom you want the task to appear and be selectable. You can also select this at group level. Finally, clicking the save button creates the task and will also appear to the assigned colleagues.
You can make the created task productive in the Productivity settings menu. Firs step is to select the task option, then you can start the proccess with the + sign.
From the pop-up window, select the recently created offline task you want to make productive. If you added it successfully, just press the “add” button.
