During the creation of a new user profile, it is possible to set a date, when the activation letter needs to be sent out to the specified e-mail address in the profile. The necessary condition to set up automation is to define the first working day field with the date on which we want the activation letter to be sent. In addition, the active checkbox and the activation e-mail checkbox must be checked.

It is also possible to automatically suspend a user account, for this the last day field must be filled in with the appropriate date when the automation should take effect.
