Profiles Management
| The profile function is created to get a report on assigned users/groups that is personalized to their work activities. These profiles should be provided with approximately 2-6 KPIs. these KPIs are recommended to be weighted on the basis of work and then assign with lower, target and upper limits. |

You can edit the default Home office profile or create a new profile by logging on to the JC web interface in the Profiles menu.
To create a new profile, click + or if you would like to edit an existing profile, click the pencil icon on the right side of the page.
If you create a new profile, you must specify the profile name in the pop-up window, select the assigned members/groups, and then add the KPI's you want one at a time, as below screenshots.
After entering the lower limit, target value, and upper limit, click the floppy icon to add the desired pointer to the profile with the specified targets. Once all the pointers have been added, clicking save will create the profile.
If you want to add 1 new KPI to an existing profile, you must click the pencil icon for the profile you want, as mentioned above. In the pop-up window, click + to add the new KPI.
Add the KPI you want and set the targets as follows: (weight, lower bound, target, and upper bound fields are required)
Click the floppy icon to add it, and then click save to finalize it.
