| The profile function is created to get a report on assigned users/groups that is personalized to their work activities. These profiles should be provided with approximately 2-6 KPIs. these KPIs are recommended to be weighted on the basis of work and then assign them with lower, target and upper limits. |

Profiles in practice
If it's successfully created, try retrieving a Performance analysis report from the jc website. Type the URL https://jobctrl.com/UserCenter/Reports/PerformanceAnalysisReport.aspx in the browser or you can search for the Riports in the JC menu.
If you mark this feature with an asterisk, it will be added to your favorite features, which will always appear in the gray column on the left side of the website. When you click on the report menu, you will find the favourite reports on the top of the page, scroll down a little bit until the Executive reports, there will be the Performance analysis report.
Assigned to the users/groups whom you have assigned the new profile. It's recommended to take them out of your default “Home Office” profile so you don't get involved. If everything is okay, when you scroll down in the report and reach the table, you'll need to see the name of the new profile in the upper-left corner of the table. Like this:
KPI Function
KPI achievements (underperformers)
The table reveals details about the individual performance tendency of the past weeks / period and they are in the core of the calculation of the performance index. Underperfomers in any categories are shown in red and those who overperform the KPI profile goals are in blue.
The method when calculating the individual add group level Performance index is that we provide the ”Weight” points linear between the Lower limit and the Target value. When the value of the individual performance of one KPI is below the Lower limit, we provide no points.
Between the Lower limit and Target value we provide the points linear, and hitting the Target we provide all the points marked at Weight. Overperformance is not valued with additional points in this configuration. Using this method the maximum value of the individual and group performance Index is 100% - thus means that all hit the Target in all KPI.
