When you create a new user you can decide if you want to activate it right there or you want to automatically activate at a later time. In the user center there are 2 fillable box, the first day of work and the last day of work. When a user is created, both is empty. If you fill the first workday, then the system will automatically send an activation e-mail at that time. If you fill the last workday, then the system will automatically deactivate the user on that day.
