Activity Report
| The activity report is an analysis of workflow by active worktime, tasks, document handling, internet and application usage. |

By clicking on the image you can download the report or from here . (You have to log-in to your JobCTRL account.)
You will see the following tab:
- The report name and the “favorite” star. If you click on the star, you can add/remove this report tab to your menu.
- Here you can set the time frame of the report from the dropdown list.
- You can create custom reports ranging from single users to full company reports. To select a user or user group, just start entering the name and then select from the dropdown.
(You can also select users from the organization chart by clicking on the icon at the end of the entry field) - Here you can customize the users and groups furthermore by adding people from specific roles to the report.
(Note that this option is only visible, when you click show all fields at 6.) - Inactive time or idle period is part of the worktime without desktop activity (mouse or keyboard stroke). Here you can define the length of idle period after which the worktime falls into the inactive worktime category. By default after 5 minutes idle time worktime registration is automatically suspended and users are switched to inactive status (the desktop icon turns red from green).
(Note that this option is only visible, when you click show all fields at 6.) - By clicking the show all fields/show only mandatory fields you can show/hide option 4. and 5..
- By clicking the filter icon you can filter active users, suspended users and deleted users to be shown in the report.
- Here you can add a customized report to your Favorite reports. Note that this is different from making the page favorite at the 1. option. By clicking this you can automatically send this customized report to specified user or group periodically. How to make a customized report favorite.
- Here you can download the report in XLSM format.
After you download the report, you will see some different summary on the bottom of the XLSM (You have to enable editing to see the data):

Shows the time spent with an application, broken down into users and tasks.
File directory report
Shows the path of each document opened by a user, broken down into user groups and tasks.
URL report
Shows the URL paths opened in the browsers, broken down into users and tasks.
E-mail report
Shows statistics about the times spent on reading and writing emails, broken down into users, user groups and days.
