Activity Report
| The analytics of times assigned to tasks by the users and user groups in timesheet style. |

By clicking on the image you can download the report or from here . (You need to login to you JC360 account). Before you download the report, you have to specify the user groups and the period. For more information about setting up the report see the general informations page
After you download the report, you will see some different summary on the bottom of the XLSM (You have to enable editing to see the data):
- Charts
- Project report
- User activity report
- Application usage
- File directory report
- URL report
- E-mail report
Sections of the report
Charts
In this section you will see the next 6 section Top10 diagrams for a quick analysis.
For example:
Project report
Shows the time spent on tasks broken down into areas and used resources, (document files, URLs)
User activity report
Shows the work of the selected users or user groups broken down by the tasks.
Application usage
Shows the time spent with an application, broken down into users and tasks.
File directory report
Shows the path of each document opened by a user, broken down into user groups and tasks.
URL report
Shows the URL paths opened in the browsers, broken down into users and tasks.
E-mail report
Shows statistics about the times spent on reading and writing emails, broken down into users, user groups and days.
You can save a customized report by making a favorite report for easy access or to get it on schedule for a specified group. The guidance for this is found in the favorite report page .
