Workflow report

This report will show you the work times registered for the different tasks on a time line. The report includes task category views and can be filtered for users, too. The time settings contain both the desktop and the mobile application activities.

By clicking on the image you can download the workflow report or from here (You need to login to you JC360 account).

The content of the report

After downloading the report you will se only one tab. The spreadsheet starts with the user hierarchy from company level to the worker, then the task levels starts with the project category. Finally the details of the workflow, like the legth of the working period or the call direction etc… . This report is used on the JC360 website
