Working time by day
| This report enables to review the daily active time statistics of the users. The daily worktime is broken down to the tasks the users worked on. Daily work time is also grouped by the type of activity (desktop, offline, mobile, office) together with the beginning and finishing of daily work. The report summary also contains the daily worktime balance of the users. |

By clicking on the image you can download the report or from here . (You need to login to your JC360 account). Before you download the report, you have to specify the user groups and the period. For more information about setting up the report see the general informations page
About the report
The report has report specific fields: “reported separately” and the “Report categories”
Reported separately:
- Select the task groups that you would like to see grouped in the report.
Report categories:
- Here you can select the data groups to be shown in the report. You can open/close this option by clicking on the header.
You can learn more about the categories by keeping the mouse over an option like in the example:
The HTML and XLS view is very similar and contains the data in the same structure:
- Group level hierarchy
- ID
- Access level
- Work time category
- Period overall
- Daily, weekly, monthly breakdown in calendar style
You can save a customized report by making a favorite report for easy access or to get it on schedule for a specified group. The guidance for this is found in the favorite report page .
