here you can create a new keyword based rule.

After that you will see this popup menu, please open the advanced menu.

Search after “self learning rule” and fill the title and process condition. The rule will be activated only when the two conditions are fulfilled at the same time! In the end you should enter a task. Note that the rule will only work with users who are assigned to this task.

After you create the rule and you open a file with the given conditions, you will see a self learning popup, where you can give the details about the task:

• The task to book you work time
• The period how long you will book your work time to this task with this condition.

When this period expires, but you still working on a process with the given conditions, this screen will popup and you should give the details again.
