In the KPI menu on the JC360 website, all of the default KPIs are listed, altought some of them can be specialized. This topic lists those KPIs, which can be customized by the company's admin.

For the successfull modicications, only need to follow a few easy steps:

1. First of all, the most important is to introduce yourself with the KPI and its business logic. If this is done, then you need its technical name. Without the technical name, the custom KPI cannot be created, also if the name is misspelled, it wont work either.

2. The second step is to create the KPI operand. These operands can be created under the KPIs. Here you need to set the technical name and give the operand a friendly name. Most of the time, there is no need to make any other modification, please leave the Data collection keys and Feature requirement settings empty. Once you've filled in the fields you need, press save.

3. The third step is to create the actual KPI. All you need to do, is press the icon, which is above the default KPIs.The pop-up window will ask for the KPIs name and it's description. The KPI's type need to be set Value, under the type, will need to select the right operand for the KPI. From the options you can choose, you need to select the one whose friendly name was set in the 2nd section.

Finally you can decide if the new KPI's value is in percentage form and you should categorize it.
