Worktime Compliance(%) KPI

This KPI is able to is able to evaluate users according to whether their working hours have fallen within or outside of the KPI's tolerance rate.

By default this KPI is available from the selection with the name “Worktime compliance (%)”. The KPIs range is +/- 10%, so when the user's daily registered worktime is between 7:12 and 8:48 minutes (for an 8-hour user), the KPI will give a 100% value, if the user's worktime is out of this range, the KPI's value will be 0%.

However, this tolerance can be changed in the following ways:

Tolerance in minutes

The tolerance can also be specified in minutes with the following technical name: “NonOvertimeDaysPerTotalDays_-…m_…m
For example, if we would like to set the tolerance between -20 minutes and +50 mintutes compared to the expected work time for the users, the technical name will looks like this: “NonOvertimeDaysPerTotalDays_-20m_50m

Tolerance in percentage

The tolerance can be specified in percentage with the following technical name: “NonOvertimeDaysPerTotalDays_-…p_…p
For example, if we would like to set the tolerance between -20 % and +20% compared to the expected work time for the users, the technical name we will use, should look like this: “NonOvertimeDaysPerTotalDays_-20p_20p

Mixed tolerance

The lower and upper limits can be specified in percentage form and in minute form either. Just need to mix the p and m abbreviations. For example, if we would like to set the tolerance between -10 minutes and +15% compared to the expected work time for the users, the technical name we will use should look like this: “NonOvertimeDaysPerTotalDays_-10m_15p

Operand creation

Next step is to create the operand with the appropriate technical name. The operands can be created in the KPI menu, under the default KPIs. Here you need to set the technical name and give the operand a friendly name. Most of the time, there is no need to make any other modification, please leave the Data collection keys and Feature requirement settings empty. Once you've filled in the fields you need, press save.

KPI creation

At the top of the KPIs menu, there is a sign, which you need to press, in order to create the custom KPI. For proper preparation, the pop-up window should look like as the following picture.
