You can predefined, which work type can be productive or not productive. This can be set for URLs, Application, e-mails, folders, and also POIs/GPS locations. Using the collected data, a report designed for this purpose can show how productive our employees were in a given period.

What counts as produtive time?

We take productive time tasks that are already set up in the client. The client looks for productivity in all phases of work. It's very important to consider active mouse and keyboard usage, inactivity for more than 2 minutes is no longer productive. The client searches for the keywords in applications, URLs, documents, and e-mails. In fact, if location is enabled and the program detects you at a Point-of-Interest (POI), it will describe you also productive. The key is to record working time using the computer or mobile client application.
