+In JC360 you can time and automate the users activation and deactivation/deletion. When you create a new user you can decide if you want to activate it right there or you want to automatically activate at a later time. In the user center there are 2 fillable box, the first day of work and the last day of work. When a user is created, both is empty. If you fill the first workday, then the system will automatically send an activation e-mail at that time. If you fill the last workday, then the system will automatically deactivate the user on that day.

The setting will be at the bottom of the page as "save and suspend". After pressing it, the user will be suspended, until the admin reactivate the same way, but the subtitle will be "save and activate". The "Send activation e-mails to users" checkbox must be clicked.
