Performance Analysis report

In the performance analysis report you can see a very detailed report about the most important worktimes and categories including application and url usages, business calls etc and a dedicated table to the selected KPIs on user and industry level too

By clicking on the image you can download the report or from here . (You need to login to your JC360 account). Before you download the report, you have to specify the user groups and the period. For more information about setting up the report see the general informations page.

Report configuration

The report has a report specific field where you can configure everything about the html and xls view:

  1. Here you can select task groups what you want to exclude from the report. Note that the tak groups are different from the task categories. About the task groups you can learn here.
  2. You can select the sections what the reports should or should not include. This includes the urls, titles, kpi achievements on user and group level.
  3. Choose the KPIs you want to see in the KPI achevements table. You can choose to leave this list empty, this way the report will use the profile kpi's for each user. The default KPIs added to this is list are:
    1. Registered work time
    2. Expected work time
    3. Work time balance (Δ%)
    4. Productive time (Σ%)
    5. Active desktop time (Σ%)
    6. Inactive desktop time (Σ%)
    7. Offline time (Σ%)
    8. Mobile work time (Σ%)
    9. Calendar time (Σ%)
    10. Time entered by user (Σ%)
    11. Keyboard and mouse activity
    12. Average time of starting work
    13. Average time of finishing work
    14. Number of outbound calls
    15. Outbound call time
    16. Number of incoming calls
    17. Incoming call time
    18. Vacation
    19. Sick leave
  4. You can choose one KPI to be highlighted, this KPI will be displayed on every possible tile. Note that you can choose any KPI not just those you select in the previous menu.
  5. By checking this you will receive the xlsm in the attachment of the e-mail in scheduled report, not just the html view.
  6. By checking this you will get a more detailed version of the xlsm for deeper analysis. The weekly and monthly options will be only accessible by checking this option
  7. By checking this the usernames will be a hyperlink to the user's JobCTRL page.
  8. You can filter the user's furthermore by selecting from the 3 options below:
    1. All users. This way all users will be in the report always.
    2. Hiding non-registered working time users. The users who didn't registered worktime during the requested period will be excluded from the report.
    3. Hiding on holiday being and non registered working time users. The users on holiday (the holiday must be registered in JobCTRL) and the users who didn't registered worktime during the requested period will be excluded from the report.
  9. Here you can customize the time after the missing mouse and keyboard activity counted as inactivity

The HTML view

The HTML view is the main view of the report and can have a lot of informations depending on the selected sections like the productivity/unproductive categories section with a highlighted KPI:

At the bottom of the HTML view you can see the KPI achievements table:

On the top row you can see the KPI's name, the profile weight with the limit and target value. If the value is below the limit value, the value becomes red, when it's above the target value, it's becomes blue. You can see the values in daily breakdown and the total period on the bottom

The XLS view

In the xls file you can see a sheet with the selected KPIs and a switch with four possibilty:

  • User - Day
  • User - Week
  • User - Month
  • User - Total

By clicking on anyone you can see the sheet with the data corresponding to the switch:

You can save a customized report by making a favorite report for easy access or to get it on schedule for a specified group. The guidance for this is found in the favorite report page .
