Role management
| Administrators have the option to manage the default settings at the role level, to which they can then assign users regardless of group and access level. |

By default, three roles are visible in the system according to the access level, but this list can be extended at any time. Modifications made in the role managemnt page, will overwrite the default settings.
How to create roles and assign to users
The creature is pretty easy, just give a name and a priortity between 0 and 10000 and press save. The roles will be sorted depending on the priority. If a user is assigned to least two different roles, than the one with higher priority will be evaluated.
Default settings and assigned users can be managed for each of the manually created roles after clicking on the Details option.
While modifying the default settings, make sure to use the extended version, where all the options will be available. Using the simplified list will only let you modify 4 settings.
Last but not least, the user assignement to the role will be located on the bottom of the page. Click the Save button to save your changes.
The importance of roles in reports
User's who have appropriate premissions will be able to retrieve report for only those user's who are in the same role, furthermore, can share favorite reports with those inside the same role.
