On the website, there are three privileges to choose from. The characterization is based on the default settings. It is possible to change the permissions with admin access level in the Defaul setting's permission bar.
Employee
This is the standard level, the employee level. Here, the menu of the website is already extremely slimmed down, the user can most of all check and modify his work.
Characteristics of the level:
- Users can start manually (Ctrl+F12) or in an offline window that pops up due to inactivity, record offline working time.
- Users can request vacation or daily schedules for themselves in the Leaves and schedules menu.
- Users can manually create or delete working hours in the Work time modification menu.
- Users can only see their own daily working time analysis in the Real-time activity menu.
Supervisior
This is the middle level of privileges, the supervisior level. Those who have this privileges can request data and analyses not only for themselves, but also for the group in which they belong. The website menu is simplified, but not as simplified as the employee's.
Characteristics of the level:
- Supervisiors can do all the functions that employee's are able to do, adding that they can also see/retrieve datas at group level.
- Supervisiors can set switch to task Keyword based rules, which can be assigned to group tasks.
- Supervisiors can set new Task assignments for users and also for groups.
- Supervisiors can customize, resize and also they can put unique reports/widgets to the Dashboard. Graphical reports can be seen as widgets. By default daily and weekly average work type composition, task time, productivity, Top applications and Top Urls are shown.
